摘 要:本文以商合杭铁路安徽段漕河特大桥连续梁为工程背景,通过托架方案的比选和受力分析对0~#块托架结构进行了优化设计,同时对其强度、刚度和稳定性进行检算,满足相应规范的要求。最后以施加混凝土配重块的方式对三角托架进行预压,消除自身非弹性变形,得到准确的弹性变形,为0~#块立模标高的计算提供可靠数据。In this paper, the continuous beam of Caohe large-span bridge in Anhui section of Shanghehang Railway is taken as the engineering background. The optimization of the structure of No. 0 block bracket was carried out through the comparison of the bracket scheme and the force analysis. Meanwhile, the strength, stiffness and stability of the bracket were optimized checked, to meet the re- quirements of the corresponding norms. Finally, the triangular bracket was pre-pressed by applying concrete weight blocks to eliminate the inelastic deformation and get accurate elastic deformation, which provided reliable data for the calculation of the elevation of No. 0 block.
