摘　　要：尿道损伤在泌尿系统损伤中并不多见，尿道损伤的早期治疗对于尿道损伤预后有很重要的关系，不恰当的治疗会导致严重的术后并发症的发生，甚至导致患者丧失2期手术的机会，严重影响患者的生活质量。关于尿道的分类及治疗尚存在一定的争议，本文结合国内外发表文献，主要从尿道损伤的分类和治疗两方面来讨论男性钝性尿道损伤的治疗，希望为尿道损伤的治疗提供一定参考。Urethral injury in urologic trauma is not common, the early treatment for urethra injury prognosis of urethral injury has very important relationship, inappropriate treatment can lead to serious postoperative complications, and even lead to lose the opportunity of second stage surgery, influence the pafient＇s quality of life. About the classification and treatment of urethra is doubtful, based on the pub- lished literatures at home and abroad, mainly from two aspects of the classification and treatment of urethral injury to discuss the treatment of male urethritis of male blunt injury, provide some reference for the treatment of urethral injury.
