《考工记》与中国传统工匠精神内涵

摘　　要：中国"工匠精神"培育要有民族性、继承性和时代性,必须本着"不忘本来、吸收外来"的指导原则,在古今中外的比照中,更好地"面向未来"。《考工记》作为中国首部手工艺专著,其价值不限于工艺制造、历史考古、文学文字领域,更在精神文化传承。"技高为尊"、"匠活神圣"、"敬天爱人"、"精细执着",《考工记》中蕴含的先人职业品质,对我国复兴与创新"工匠精神"具有重要借鉴与启发意义。If we want to keep our national identity and traits while cultivating the spirit of craftsman, we need to adhere to the principle of ＂Inheriting traditional Chinese culture and absorbing foreign culture＂. In a comparison between the old and new, the domestic and foreign culture, we are able to achieve a better future. ＂The Records of Diverse Crafts＂ thinks highly of craftsman who held a life-long passion for perfection and enshrines ancestors with outstanding craftsmanship as saints. As the first book dedicated to craftsmanship, the value of＂The Records of Diverse Crafts＂ lies not only in handicrafts manufacturing, archaeology and traditional classic literature, but also in inheriting traditional culture. The book is a great inspiration to revive the spirit of craftsman.
