摘 要:在电力需求增速放缓,可再生能源快速发展的现状下,火电机组灵活性改造是当前电源供给侧改革的有效途径。本文从我国能源结构特点出发,结合国内外火电机组深度调峰现状,对我国火电机组灵活性改造的可行性和必要性进行了论述。通过某亚临界330 MW供热机组灵活性改造示范项目的实际改造结果,分析了灵活性改造的目标和提高机组深度调峰能力的有效技术手段,论证了尽早实施灵活性改造是火电机组响应电网深度调峰政策,增强市场竞争力,提高企业生命周期的必要选择。灵活性改造应遵循"一厂一策"方针,既要根据企业自身特点,合理确定改造目标和技术方案,同时也要兼顾未来市场变化,控制投资规模,注重解决实际需求。Under the current situation that the growth of the power demand is slowing down and renewable energy is developing rapidly, the flexibility reform of thermal power units becomes an effective way to reform the current power supply-side. Referring to the characteristics of China energy structure and the deep peak load regulation status at home and abroad, the feasibility and necessity of flexibility reform of China's thermal power units are discussed in this study. According to the actual transformation results of a subcritical 330 MW heating unit flexibility reform demonstration project, the goal of flexibility transformation and effective technical means to improve the unit's deep peak load regulation capacity are analyzed. And it is also demonstrated that the early implementation of the flexibility reform is the necessary choice for thermal power units to respond to the peak load regulation policy of power grid, enhance market competitiveness, and improve the lifecycle of the enterprise. The flexibility reform should follow the "one plant, one program" policy, not only according to the characteristics of enterprises, reasonable transformation targets and technical solutions, but also taking into account that the future changes in the market, investment scale, and the actual demand.
