摘  要:为提高电网调峰和新能源消纳能力,燃煤火电机组开展深度调峰已成为必然趋势。本文以某台拟开展深度调峰的超临界600 MW机组直流锅炉为例,通过锅炉燃烧器结构稳燃分析,风、粉均衡调整,以及水动力特性分析,结合对深度调峰炉内燃烧过程关键参数的安全约束,在无设备改造的前提下,实现了锅炉在无助燃方式下调峰至20%额定负荷的预期目标,为同类型深度调峰锅炉提供了借鉴。In order to improve the peak regulation and new energy consumption ability of the power grid, the depth peak regulation carried out by coal-fired power plants has become an inevitable trend. In this study, a 600 MW supercritical concurrent boiler is taken as an example. Through the steady combustion analysis of the burner structure, the balance adjustments of air and pulverized coal, and the analysis of the hydrodynamic characteristics, combined with the security constraints on key combustion parameters of the combustion process in a deep peak load regulation furnace, the boiler achieves the expected target of peak regulation to 20% of the rated load under non-combustion modes, which provides a reference for the same type boiler of depth peak regulation.
