摘 要:碳钢作为运输管道的重要原材料,在油气采集运输中被大量使用,但其在含CO_2的Na HCO_3水溶液的环境中非常容易发生腐蚀。为了解L245钢管材在油气田采集运输中的腐蚀情况,通过浸泡法和电化学方法研究了L245钢在不同温度饱和CO_2的Na HCO_3水溶液中的腐蚀行为,采用扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱(EDS)分析了腐蚀产物的表面形貌和成分。结果表明:在饱和CO_2的Na HCO_3水溶液中,当温度从30℃升高至70℃时,L245钢的腐蚀电流密度从167.3μA/cm^2升至762.9μA/cm^2,电荷转移电阻从238.80Ω·cm^2减小到40.29Ω·cm^2,溶液温度的升高加快了物质传递速率,从而导致腐蚀速率增加。In order to study the corrosion phenomenon of L245 steel during collection transport process in oil field, the corrosion behaviors of L245 steel in NaHCO3 aqueous solution with saturated CO2 at different temperatures were studied by immersion method and electrochemical method, and the surface morphologies and composition of the corrosion products were studied by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) equipped with energy dispersive spectroscope (EDS). Results showed that in NaHCO3 aqueous solution with saturated CO2, when the temperature increased from 30℃ to 70℃, the corrosion current density of the L245 steel rose from 167.3 μA/cm^2 to 762.9μA/cm^2, and the transfer resistance declined from 238.80Ω·cm^2 to 40.29Ω·cm^2 , which indicated that the increase of solution temperature accelerated the corrosion rate by promoting the mass transfer rate.
