摘 要:通过溶液插层法将氧化石墨烯(GO)与氯丁橡胶胶粘剂(CR)复合制得石墨烯改性氯丁橡胶胶粘剂(GCR),对复合胶粘剂的粘接强度以及胶膜的结构形貌、热稳定性、结晶性和耐水性进行分析研究。结果表明:GO粉末在丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯(PGMEA)中可以稳定分散,GO可以明显提升复合胶粘剂的耐热性、耐水性、结晶性以及粘接强度。当GO添加量为0.05%时,胶粘剂的粘接强度提升量达到最大值。The graphene/polychaloroprene (GCR) composite adhesives were prepared through solution intercalation method with graphene (GO) and polychaloroprene (CR). The bonding strength of the composite adhesive and the morphology, thermal stability, crystallinity and water resistance were studied. The results show that the grapheme oxide powder can be stably dispersed in propylene glycol methyl ether acetate( PGMEA ), and GO can obviously improve the thermal stability, water resistance, crystallinity and bonding strength of the composite adhesives. When the addition amount of GO is 0.05%, the bonding strength of the adhesive increases to the maximum.
