摘 要:在超细纤维合成革的碱减量工艺过程中会产生大量的高盐(Na2SO4)、乙二醇(EG)废水,传统的活性污泥法在此条件下的降解能力受到抑制。研究了利用一种生物强化技术(投菌法)来提高活性污泥的去除能力.并从COD、盐度和EG去除效果方面进行对比研究,同时还考察了强化生物反应器的降解动力学以及活性污泥表面性质对出水水质的影响。结果表明:投菌法较传统活性污泥法,在COD、盐度等去除方面分别提高了5%、0.8%:强化生物反应器降解废水符合一级动力学反应;且强化反应器中活性污泥的分形维数D2f(1.8373)也高于传统活性污泥D2f(1.8082),絮凝能力也有所提高。说明投菌法可以改善生物环境,具有协同效应。In the process of alkali weight-reduction for microfibre synthetic leather manufacture, a large amount of wastewater which contained high salt (Na2SO4) and Ethylene Glycol (EG) was produced. Under this condition, the degradation ability of traditional activated sludge process was inhibited. In response to this question, a bioaugmentation process was used to improve the removal capacity of activated sludge, and the removal effects on COD, salinity and EG were studied. The degradation kinetics of the enhanced bioreactor and the influence of the surface property of activated sludge on the effluent quality were investigated. The results show that compared with traditional activated sludge method, the COD and salinity removal ratios of inoculation method are increased by 5% and 0. 8%. The degra- dation process for the enhanced reaction conforms to the first order kinetic reaction. The fractal dimension D2f( 1. 837 3) of activated sludge in the enhanced reactor is also higher than that of the conventional activated sludge D2f( 1. 808 2) and the flocculation capacity is also increased. The relationship between bacteria and activated sludge is to be positive correlation,which can improve ecological environment.
