摘 要:目的对微种植体支抗和多曲方丝弓技术分别矫治Ⅲ类错(牙合)产生的上气道变化进行对比研究,分析两种技术带来的气道变化差异。方法选取12例利用微种植体推下颌牙列向后矫治Ⅲ类错(牙合)的病例,同时选取13例采用多曲方丝弓技术矫治Ⅲ类错(牙合)的病例,测量所有病例治疗前后X线头颅侧位片的上气道数据,对两种技术治疗前后上气道差值作对比统计学分析。结果两种技术矫治Ⅲ类错(牙合),上气道只在LPW有差别,其余几项的比较无统计学差异。结论在矫治Ⅲ类错(牙合)时,微种植体支抗推下颌牙列向后使下咽气道减小。Objective To compare the different effects between micro-implant and MEAW technique on the upper airway dimensions in patients with Class Ⅲ malocclusion. Methods 12 patients were selected to distalize the lower dentition with the micro-implant,while 13 patients were treated with MEAW technique. The cephalometric radiographs of the pre-and post-treatment upper airway in two groups were measured,then the comparison of those changes was statistically analyzed. Results There were statistically significant differences in LPW( P〈0.05),but other comparisons had no statistical significance. Conclusion The LPW will decrease if using the micro-implant technique in patients with Class Ⅲ malocclusion.
