摘　　要：目的了解云南省德宏州傣族居民血脂异常的流行现状及其危险因素,为科学制定防控策略和措施提供依据。方法采用多阶段分层抽样的方法,于2013年抽取1 861名15岁及以上傣族常住居民进行问卷调查、体格测量和实验室检测,采用单因素分析、多因素logistic回归分析傣族血脂异常的影响因素。结果德宏州傣族居民血脂异常患病率40.57%,高胆固醇(TC)血症、高甘油三酯(TG)血症、低高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)血症、高低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)血症患病率分别为8.72%、11.43%、23.86%、16.53%。经多因素分析显示,男性(OR=1.58,95%CI:1.29~1.93)、30~岁(OR=1.37,95%CI:1.07~1.76)、45~岁(OR=1.81,95%CI:1.35~2.43);60~岁(OR=1.63,95%CI:1.15~2.32)、超重(OR=1.54,95%CI:1.22~1.95)、中心性肥胖(OR=2.78,95%CI:2.21~3.51)、高血压(OR=1.58,95%CI:1.23~2.03)是血脂异常的独立影响因素。结论 2013年德宏州傣族居民血脂异常的患病率处于较高水平,男性、30岁以上、超重、中心性肥胖、高血压是危险因素。Objective To investigate the prevalence and risk factors of dyslipidemia among Dai residents in Dehong Prefecture,Yunnan Province,and to provide a basis for scientifically formulating prevention and control strategies. Methods Multi-stage stratified cluster sampling method was used to recruit 1,861 Dai residents aged 18 years and above in 2013,and then a questionnaire survey,physical examination and laboratory detection were conducted. Univariate and multivariate logistic regression analyses was used to identify the factors influencing dyslipidemia. Results The prevalence rates of dyslipidemia,high total cholesterol（ TC）,high triglyceride（ TG）,low high-density lipoprotein cholesterol（ HDL-C） and high low-density lipoprotein cholesterol（ LDL-C） in Dai residents in Dehong Prefecture were 40.57%,8.72%,11.43%,23.86% and 16.53% respectively. Multivariate logistic regression analysis revealed that males（ OR = 1.58,95%CI： 1.29-1.93）,30 years old and above（ OR = 1.37,95%CI： 1.07-1.76）,45 years old and above（ OR = 1.81,95%CI： 1.35-2.43）,60 years old and above（ OR = 1.63,95%CI： 1.15-2.32）,overweight（ OR = 1.54,95%CI： 1. 22-1. 95）,central obesity（ OR = 2. 78,95% CI： 2. 21-3. 51） and hypertension（ OR = 1. 58,95% CI：1. 23-2.03） were the independent factors affecting dyslipidemia. Conclusions The prevalence rate of dyslipidemia among Dai residents in Dehong Prefecture in 2013 was high. Males,30 years old and above,overweight,central obesity and hypertension were the risk factors.
