A Study on the Motivation of PhD Students of the Sports Science in China

摘　　要：以我国17所体育学一级学科博士学位授权单位在校博士研究生为研究对象,运用问卷调查、因子分析等方法对体育学博士研究生的入学动机作了全面分析和研究。研究表明:体育学博士研究生入学动机主要类型可归纳为:学术驱使型、理想驱使型、社会驱使型、工作驱使型、报恩驱使型、精神驱使型6种类型。学术驱使型和理想驱使型是目前我国体育学博士研究生主导性入学动机类型。鉴于体育学博士研究生功利性入学动机有上升趋势,建议在培养过程中遵循ARCS动机模式来激发博士研究生的原发性动机。This article takes the PhD students 17 level 1 discipline of sports science doctorate authorized units in our country as the research object,using the method of questionnaire and factor analysis to make a comprehensive analysis and study the incentive of PhD students of sports science. The results showed that the main motivations of doctoral students in PE were academic-driven,ideal-driven,social-driven,work-driven,reward-driven and spirit-driven. Academic-driven and ideal-driven type is the main motive type of doctoral students in Chinese sports. In view of the upward trend of the motive of the postgraduates in PE,it is suggested to follow the ARCS motive mode in the training process to stimulate the primary motive of doctoral students.
