关系贫困:移民社会关系网络的断裂与重建——以丹江口水库移民S村为例

摘　　要：移民的社会关系网络因居住空间强制性位移而发生断裂与重建。对丹江口水库移民S村的个案考察,发现贫困移民的社会关系网络未能完全从迁出地"脱嵌",也未能实现在迁出地的完全"嵌入",呈现出"半脱嵌"与"半嵌入"的实践样态;其生成因由包括因空间隔离而产生的社会交往的"两地化"、因社会隔离而产生的社会交往的"标签化"以及因自我隔离而产生的社会交往的"内卷化"等三个层面。这样的实践样态及生成逻辑体现了一种"关系贫困",即水库贫困移民的社会关系网络处于一种低层次水平,关系资本的存量较低,移民无法从中获得足够的社会支持,致使其自身缺乏改变贫困的社会行动能力。The social relations network of immigrants is broken and reconstructed due to the forced displacement of living space. Based on the exploration of S village of Danjiangkou reservoir,this paper found that the social relations network of impoverished immigrants could not be completely＂de-embedded＂from the place of emigration and＂embedded＂in the new place,showing the ＂semi-de-embedded＂and ＂semi-embedded＂patterns in the practice. Its formation includes three aspects,that they are ＂two places＂of social interaction due to spatial isolation,＂labeling＂of social interaction due to social isolation,and ＂involution of social interaction＂resulting from the isolation of themselves respectively. Such practical patterns and generating logic embody a kind of ＂relational poverty＂. That is to say,the social relations network of impoverished immigrants in reservoirs is at a very bottom level. The stock of relational capital is relatively low also,so that the immigrants cannot obtain sufficient social support and lacks the social capacity to change poverty themselves.
