摘  要:目的研究木质民居设计过程中的多维感性知识表征及思维收敛问题,提出基于多维可拓感性工学的木制民居创新设计。方法首先,将木质民居多维度设计知识进行可拓形式化表征。其次,运用发散树法构建设计概念生长阶段模型进行思维发散。再次,对设计概念集初步收敛,并用模糊综合评价法对产品功能性进行评估。最后,解构木质民居多维度设计特征并量化处理,构建感性意象认知矩阵,建立映射函数后带入SPSS软件评估概念方案是否符合设计意象,增加设计成功率。结论以黔东南木制民居构件库为例,验证该方法可行,但仍需进一步完善设计方法理论体系。Aiming at the problem of multi-dimensional perceptual knowledge representation and thinking convergence in product design process, a product design method based on multidimensional extension kansei engineering is proposed. First of all, the product multi-dimensional design knowledge of wooden residence is made for the extension of formalization. Secondly, the design concept of growth stage model of divergent thinking by divergent tree is constructed. Thirdly, the design concept set is converged and evaluated. The fuzzy comprehensive method is used to evaluate the function of the product. Finally, the product multi-dimensional design characteristics are deconstructed, the cognitive matrix of perceptual image is constructed and the mapping function between them is established. Through the SPSS software to help designers to assess whether the conceptual design of the image, the success rate of design is increased. The feasibility of the method is verified by the example of Qiandongnan wooden house, and the theory system of product design method is further improved.
