摘　　要：企业博士后工作站建立了大学与科研机构的制度联系,是促进产学研合作的一种有效途径,在一定程度上满足了企业对科技人才和科技成果的需求,也培养了一批具有创新意识的高层次人才,做好企业博士后工作站的管理至关重要。本文阐述了广州市建筑集团有限公司博士后工作站的基本情况,介绍了博士后工作站的管理经验及取得的效果,并对博士后工作站的发展提出了几点展望。Enterprise postdoctoral working station establishes a connection between universities and scientific institutions, which provides an effective way to promote the Industry-University-Research Cooperation. To some extent, it satisfies the enterprises＇ demands for talents and achievements in science and technology and cultivates a group of high-level talents with innovation consciousness. It is of great necessity to enhance the scientific management for the enterprise postdoctoral working station. In this paper, the fundamental state of the postdoctoral working station of Guangzhou Municipal Construction Group Co., Ltd. is sketched, and its management experiences and achievements are introduced. Finally, the prospects on the further development of the postdoctoral working station are proposed.
