摘  要:针对长距离引水工程建设管理中存在可控性弱、信息共享交流困难等问题,提出了Skyline平台集成BIM信息模型的方法,实现了施工进度模拟和工程量统计,通过Skyline软件的二次开发建立了基于网络的长距离引水工程建设管理系统。系统以三维空间大场景为可视化交互环境,为各参建方提供了一个可视化的信息共享与协同办公平台,同时实现了以进度和工程量管理为核心的八大项目管理功能,满足引水工程建设管理需求,体现了BIM和GIS融合在引水工程建设管理中的应用价值。目前系统已应用到某引水工程中,效果良好。Considering the issues such as the poor controllability and lack of information sharing in the management of long distance water diversion projects,an integration method based on the Skyline platform and building information model(BIM) is proposed. The functions of construction schedule simulation and engineering quantity statistics are realized,and finally a web-based construction management system is established by the secondary development of Skyline software. The developed system uses 3 D space scene as the visual interactive environment,which provides a visual information sharing and collaboration platform for each participant. The system has realized eight project management functions to achieve the schedule and quantity management,which meets the basic needs of the water diversion projects and shows the applicability of the fusion of BIM and geographic information system(GIS) in water diversion projects. At present the developed system has been operated well in a water diversion project.
