摘　　要：合理的收益分配对于促进养老PPP项目成功实施至关重要。针对目前养老PPP项目预期收益的特点,建立基于区间Shapley值的项目收益分配模型,并在综合考虑资源投入、风险分担、合同执行度、绩效贡献度等因素的基础上,运用AHP-模糊综合评价法对收益区间进行修正。实例表明,修正后的收益分配区间能够更加科学合理地体现政府和社会资本的努力水平,从而促进双方的成功合作。A reasonable revenue distribution is essential to promote the successful implementation of pension PPP projects. Based on the characteristics of the expected income of current pension PPP projects,a project revenue distribution model is established based on interval Shapley value. This study uses AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to modify the revenue interval by considering the factors including resource input,risk sharing,contract execution and performance contribution. The application of the model shows that the revised income distribution can reflect the level of government and social capital＇s efforts in a more scientific and rational manner, which will promote the successful cooperation between the different stakeholders.
