微生物絮凝剂产絮菌H8的鉴定

摘　　要：高絮凝活性的微生物絮凝剂产生菌,对高絮凝活性的微生物絮凝剂产生菌进行生理生化鉴定及16Sr DNA序列分析鉴定,初步鉴别出该菌株为假单胞菌,再结合16S r DNA序列相似性分析鉴定进一步确定该菌株的分类,鉴定结果为假单胞菌,与Pseudomonas mandelii亲缘关系最近。The microbial floeculant with high flocculation activity was produced by microbial flocculant, and the microbial flocculant producing bacteria with high flocculation activity were identified by physiological and biochemical identification and 16SrDNA sequence analysis. The strain was preliminarily identified as Pseudomonas, and the classification of the strain was further confirmed by similarity analysis of 16S rDNA sequence. The identification result showed that it was Pseudomonas related to Pseudomonas mandelii closely.
