盐酸戊乙奎醚用于老年人臂丛麻醉时心血管不良反应的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察盐酸戊乙奎醚在预防老年人臂丛麻醉中的不良反应。方法选择行上肢手术患者40例,随机分为两组,A组在行臂丛麻醉前5 min静脉注射盐酸戊乙奎醚0.5 mg,B组静脉注射等量生理盐水,观察记录两组患者麻醉前、麻醉后1 min、5 min、10 min的BP、HR变化。结果:B组患者麻醉后1 min、5 min、10 min的BP、HR明显高于麻醉前,与A组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。A组麻醉后血液动力学无显著性变化(P>0.05)。结论老年人臂丛麻醉时辅以盐酸戊乙奎醚,可减轻臂丛麻醉后心血管不良反应。Objective To observe the effects of penehyclidine hydrochloride used to prevent the cardiovascular adverse reactions caused by brachial plexus block in elderly people. Methods 40 cases of upper limb operation were chosen and divided into 2 groups, group A and B. Penehyelidine hydroehloride 0.5 mg iv,in groupA 5 min before brachial plexus block while the same volume of NS in group B. To observe and record the changes of Bp,HR before anesthesia, 1 min,5 min and 10 min after anesthesia. Results The changes in group B were more obvious than in group A （P〈0.05）. The hemodynanlics changes after anesthesia were not obvious in group A （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Penehycidine hydrochloride can lighten the cardiovascular adverse reactions when used as adjuvant drug in elderly people performed brachial plexus block.
