摘  要:目的探讨同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)与冠心病严重程度的相关性。方法选取2016年1月至2016年12月在北京航天总医院经冠脉造影明确为冠心病的患者200例作为实验组,同时选取冠脉造影证实无冠心病的200例作为对照组,采用酶比色法测定血脂TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C、hs-CRP水平;采用酶循环速率法测定血清Hcy水平。结果与对照组比较,冠心病组中TC,LDL-C,HDL-C间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组比较或是冠心病组间分层比较,Hcy差异均有统计学意义。调整协变量后,多因素logistics回归分析显示:Hcy与SYNTAX积分呈正相关,是冠心病严重程度的独立危险因素。结论冠心病患者血清Hcy水平与SYNTAX积分呈正相关,且血清Hcy水平的检测对冠状动脉病变复杂程度的判定有一定的临床意义。Objective To investigate the correlation between Hey and the severity of coronary heart disease. Methods From January 2016 to December 2016 in Beijing Aerospace Hospital after coronary angiography for coronary heart disease patients 200 cases as experimental group, and selected coronary artery angiography without coronary artery disease in 200 cases as control group, the serum lipid TC, enzyme colorimetric method TG, LDL-C, HDL-C, hs-CRP; the serum Hey level was measured by enzyme circulation rate method. Results Compared with the control group,CHD group in TC, LDL-C, HDL-C were statistically significant differences between the two groups( P 〈 0. 05); or more hierarchical coronary heart disease group,there was significant difference in Hey. After adjustment for covariates, multivariate logistics regression analysis showed that Hey and SYNTAX scores were positively correlated, are independent risk factors for coronary heart disease the degree. Conclusions The level of serum Hey is positively related to SYNTAX score, and the detection of serum Hey level is of certain clinical significance for the determination of the complexity of coronary artery lesions.
