液控单向阀在液压回路中的合理应用

摘　　要：从液控单向阀的结构组成、泄油方式及其工作原理,提出了反向进油压力较高时的解决办法。根据其工作原理,分析了几种由液控单向阀构成的回路,阐述了液控单向阀在每种回路中的合理应用。对于使用液控单向阀的一些液压回路,讨论了换向阀中位机能的选用。此外,对于液控单向阀的选型以及使用等问题,也给出了一些建议。The solution of higher reverse oil intake pressure is put forward from the structure composition of the liquid controlled one-way valve,the way of oil dischage and its working principle. According to its working principle,several circuits composed of a liquid controlled one-way valve are analyzed and the reasonable application of hydraulic controlled one-way valve in each circuit is expounded. For some hydraulic circuits for the use of a liquid controlled oneway valve,the selection of the position function of reversing valve is discussed. Besides,some suggestions on the selection and the use of the liquid controlled one-way valve are also given.
