摘 要:为了解决柳树坪电站1F机组自投产以来一直存在运行中水导瓦温过高的问题,通过计算大轴与水导轴承摩擦的发热量和水导瓦油循环带走的热量,发现导致瓦温过高的根本原因是水导瓦油循环带走的热量远远小于水导瓦运行产生的热量;为此采取了提高进油速度,增加上油量提高换热效率,增加瓦面进油量的处理办法,彻底解决了水导瓦温过高的难题,提高了设备安全稳定运行的可靠性。Since the operation of the 1 F unit in Liushuping Hydropower Station,abnormal high temperature is frequently observed in the water guide bearing. Thus,the heat that is generated from the friction between the main shaft and the water guide bearing and the heat that is dissipated by the oil circulation system are calculated. It is found that the dissipated heat is far less than the generated heat,which leads the abnormal high bearing temperature. Correspondingly measures are then proposed,including the increasing of the oil intake speed,increasing of the oil amount,improving of the heat transfer efficiency and increasing of the oil amount of the bearing tile surface. With these measures,the problem is successfully solved and the safety and reliability of the unit is improved.
