摘　　要：运用文献资料、问卷调查和案例分析等研究方法,构建"社区+大学城+商业圈+体育志愿者"的四位一体公共服务新模式,提出以社区体育公共服务为主体,多种公共服务模式协同发展的实施路径,旨在推动紫蓬山中心圈社区体育公共服务健康发展.using the method of literature, questionnaire survey and case analysis, building university and business circle＂community sports volunteers＂ four one new mode of public service, to community sports public services as the main body,the coordinated development of various public service modes of the implementation of the path, aimed at promoting ZiPeng-Shan center circle and healthy development of community sports public service.
