摘　　要：随着高等教育事业的快速发展,各高校的行政管理工作变得更加繁重,针对这一问题,分析北方工业大学OA协同办公平台的建设过程,总结OA协同办公平台的建设条件和实施经验,论述OA协同办公平台在高校信息化管理中的应用成效。通过OA协同办公平台的推广和应用,提高各行政部门的工作效能,实现无纸办公的目标,提升领导层的决策水平,有力提升学校信息化管理水平,为高校提高行业竞争力奠定了坚实的基础。With the rapid development of higher education, the administrative management of universities has become more burdensome, aiming atthis problem, analyzes the OA collaborative office platform construction process of North China University of Technology, summarizes theconstruction condition and implementation experience of OA collaborative office platform, discusses the application achievements of OAcollaborative office platform in the university informatization management. Through the promotion and application of OA collaborative of-fice platform, improves the work efficiency of each administrative department, realizes the goal of paperless office, improves the decision-making level of leadership, effectively promotes the university informatization management level, lays a solid foundation for university im-proving competitiveness of the industry.
