活血通络法治疗冠心病PCI术后再发心绞痛的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察八味通络颗粒治疗冠心病PCI术后再发心绞痛(心血瘀阻证)的临床疗效。方法:随机将52例资料完整、冠心病PCI术后伴再发心绞痛并辨证为心血瘀阻证者分为对照组(常规冠心病二级预防药物口服)和治疗组(对照组加八味通络颗粒口服),疗程4周,比较两组治疗PCI术后再发心绞痛属心血瘀阻证的疗效。结果:疗程结束后,两组心绞痛疗效、临床情况、中医证候积分均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:常规西药基础上加用八味通络颗粒治疗冠心病PCI术后再发心绞痛可明显改善临床症状、提高生活质量。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Bawei Tongluo granule（ 八味通络颗粒） in treating angina pectoris of the Xinxue Yuzu syndrome（ 心血瘀阻证） after PCI in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods： 52 patients with complete data, who had angina pectoris after coronary angiocardiopathy and syndrome differentiation of blood stasis were randomly divided into the control group（conventional secondary prevention of coronary heart disease） and the treatment group（conventional therapy combined with oral administration plus Bawei Tongluo granule）, for 4 weeks. The curative effect of angina pectoris with blood stasis syndrome was compared between two groups after PCI. Results： After the course of treatment, the curative effect, clinical condition and TCM symptom score of angina in both groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）, the treatment group was significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Bawei Tongluo granule based on routine western medicine could relieve the clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients with angina pectoris（blood stasis syndrome） after PCI with coronary heart disease.
