输尿管软镜在肾结石治疗中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探析肾结石治疗中应用输尿管软镜的临床效果。方法:将我院2016年2月-2017年10月接受手术治疗的80例肾结石患者选为观察对象,依据随机抽签法分为参照组(n=40)、试验组(n=40)。参照组患者给予常规切开取石术治疗,试验组患者给予输尿管软镜治疗,对两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、术后下床活动时间、引流管拔除时间及并发症发生情况予以统计比较。结果:试验组患者手术时间、术后下床活动时间、引流管拔除时间均明显短于参照组患者,术中出血量明显少于参照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者并发症发生率明显低于参照组患者,数据分别为2.5%、17.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肾结石治疗中应用输尿管软镜的临床效果十分显著,具有手术创伤轻、术后恢复快、并发症少等优势,值得在临床中进一步推广与借鉴。Objective： To explore the clinical effect of soft ureteroscopy in the treatment of renal calculi. Methods： 80 patients with renal calculi surgery in our hospital from February 2016 to October 2017 were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group, 40 cases in each group. The control group received conventional incision and lithotomy while the experimental group received soft ureteroscopy. The time of operation, the amount of blood lost during operation, the time of getting out of bed after operation, the time of extubation of drainage tube and the occurrence of complications were compared statistically between the two groups. Results： The time of operation, the time of getting out of bed and the time of extubation of drainage tube in the experimental group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, and the amount of intraoperative bleeding was obviously less than that in the control group., and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The incidence of complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group, which was 2.5% and 17.5% respectively, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The application of soft ureteroscopy in the treatment of renal calculi was very effective, it was with the advantages of light surgical trauma, quick postoperative recovery and less complications, which was worthy of further promotion and reference in clinical practice.
