摘　　要：目的:观察刺络拔罐配合中药内服治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:选取78例门诊腰椎间盘突出症患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,分别采用刺络拔罐配合中药内服与单纯中药组治疗,并进行疗效评定。结果:两组治疗方法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的总有效率分别为94.87%和89.74%。结论:刺络拔罐配合中药内服治疗腰椎间盘突出症较单纯中药内服疗效显著,可在临床推广应用。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture and cupping combined with traditional Chinese medicine on lumbar disc herniation. Method： 78 outpatients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, who received the treatment of acupuncture and cupping combined with traditional Chinese medicine and TCM respectively, the effect was evaluated. Results： The total effective rate in the treatment group and the control group was 94.87% and 89.74% respectively. Conclusion： Acupuncture and cupping combined with traditional Chinese medicine had significant effect, and it could be clinically promoted and applied.
