摘　　要：针对基层医院微创等离子手术领域诊疗水平落后和现有远程手术指导成本较高等问题,设计并实现了一种基于互联网的手术诊疗系统。通过控制管理机整合手术室硬件设备,集成手术远程指导和病例数据库共享等服务。系统采用H.264实时视频编码技术和RTMP协议推流技术,架构视频云服务,实现了多路音视频文字数据实时传输。测试结果表明该系统高效稳定,时延和丢包率较低。In this paper,a new type of surgery system was designed and implemented for the problem of the low level of diagnosis and treatment of minimally invasive surgery in the primary hospital and the high cost of the existing remote surgery guidance. The system integrated operation room hardware,surgical remote guidance and case database sharing services by controlling the manager computer. The system used the H. 264 video encoding technology and the RTMP protocol to push the stream for the multi-channel audio,video and characters real-time transmission by architecting video cloud service. The test results show that the system is stable and efficient,besides,the time delay and packet loss rate are lower.
