护理干预在高通量血液透析患者中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨综合性护理干预在高通量血液透析(high-flux hemodialysis,HFHD)患者临床护理中的应用价值。方法择取2014年8月—2015年2月该院收治的HFHD患者36例,采用随机数表法,将其分为两组进行对比研究,每组18例,在HFHD治疗基础上,观察组患者采取综合性护理干预,对照组患者则接受常规护理,对比治疗前后两组患者实验室指标水平以及治疗6个月期间两组患者并发症情况。结果与首次透析后相比,透析治疗6个月后,观察组患者血清中Cr(肌酐)、β2-MG(β2-微球蛋白)、IL-6(白细胞介素-6)检测结果的改善水平均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。透析治疗期间,观察组并发症发生率为5.5%,明显低于对照组27.7%(P<0.05)。结论在HFHD治疗期间对患者实施综合性护理干预,有助于提高透析效果、减少透析并发症,值得在终末期肾病患者临床护理中推行。Objective To study the application value of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with high-flux hemodialysis. Methods 36 cases of HFHD patients admitted and treated in our hospital from August 2014 to February2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 18 cases in each, the observation group used the comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the HFHD treatment, while the control group used the routine nursing,and the levels of laboratory indicators and complications in six months after treatment of the two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results The improvement levels of Cr, β2-MG and IL-6 in the observation group were obviously better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）, and the incidence rate of complications in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group during the hemodialysis（5.5% vs 27.7%）（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention in HFHD patients during treatment contributes to improving the hemodialysis effect and reducing the hemodialysis complications, which is worth promotion in the clinical nursing of patients with end stage renal diseases.
