摘  要:以卵叶玉簪(有走茎)、波状玉簪(无走茎)、地被大师玉簪(有走茎)和蓝色酒窝玉簪(无走茎)为材料,采用盆栽方法进行了复合肥(NPK)与光照强度互作对玉簪生长和光合特性影响的研究。结果表明:复合肥与光照强度对4种玉簪的生长和光合特性的影响存在互作,3种光照(自然光照的100%、70%和50%)条件下,NPK3(3 g复合肥)、NPK4(4 g复合肥)处理能够显著提高4种玉簪在抽葶期和开花期的总干物质量、净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、蒸腾速率(E)和叶绿素含量,并且显著降低胞间CO2浓度(Ci);而NPK2(2 g复合肥)、NPK5(5 g复合肥)处理并非所有参数都是如此。上述结果表明,适量的复合肥(NPK)供给能提高4种玉簪叶片的净光合速率(Pn),从而增加干物质量的积累,这可能与提高叶片的叶绿素合成和叶片在较长生长期内气孔、排气孔状况的改善有关。The interactive effects of compound fertilizer and light intensity on growth and photosynthesisof four species of potted Hosta plantaginea seedings, Hosta ensata var. normalis, Hosta 'UndulateMediovariegata', Hosta 'Ground Master' and Hosta 'Blue Dimples', were studied. NPK3, NPK4 significantlyincreased total dry weights, net photosynthetic rate(Pn), stomatal conductance(Gs), transpiration rate(E) andchlorophyll meters, but significantly decreased internal CO2 concentration(Ci) compared to control plants atdifferent growth stage of four Hosta plantaginea species in three levels of light intensities (100% of naturallight, 70% of natural light and 50% of natural light). Based on the available date, we concluded that theincrements in total dry weights of Hosta ensata var. normalis, Hosta 'Undulate Mediovariegata', Hosta'Ground Master' and Hosta 'Blue Dimples' by appropriate of supply treatments underL50,L70 andL100 lightconditions are directly related to the increments in the PN, which may be due to both stomatal andnonstomatal improvements for a longer growing time. Furthermore, there was an interaction between lightintensity and supply treatments on growth and photosynthetic characteristics of the four Hosta plantagineaspecies.
