摘　　要：针对18～40GHz毫米波宽带被动接收应用需求,利用分段合成技术拓宽接收瞬时动态,采用宽带匹配技术设计毫米波宽带限幅放大器和宽带检波器,设计了一种18～40GHz的大动态检波对数视频放大器(DLVA)。测试结果表明,在18～40GHz的工作频段内,该检波对数视频放大器的对数范围为-60～+5dBm,对数斜率为50±1.5mV/dB,对数线性度为±1.5dB,脉冲响应上升时间为20ns,下降时间为150ns。For the broadband passive receiving application requirement of 18～40 GHz millimeter wave, a kind of 18～40 GHz large dynamic detection logarithm video amplifier is deisgn, of which the receiving instantaneous dynamic is broaden using piecewise synthesis technology and the millimeter wave broadband limiting amplifier and broadband detector are designed by broadband matching technology. The test results show this detection logarithm video amplifier has the characteristics logarithmic range of-60～＋5 dBm, log slope of 50± 1. 5 mV/dB,log linearity of ±1. 5 dB,pulse response up time of 20 ns and fall time of 150 ns.
