莱钢焦化厂提高轻苯收率的工艺方法

摘　　要：莱钢焦化厂轻苯收率波动范围大,终冷洗苯和富油脱苯两道工序运行不稳定。通过提高配合煤挥发分,稳定管式炉运行,提高循环洗油质量,合理控制终冷塔后煤气温度和二段贫油温度,使轻苯收率稳定在1.05%左右。The light benzene yield fluctuates widely in Laiwu Steel coking plant,the operation of the final cooling tower washing benzene and rich oil debenzenes is unstable.By improving the operation of coal volatilization,stabilizing tube furnace,improving the quality of circulating oil washing,reasonable control of the gas temperature after the final cooling tower and the temperature of the second segment of the oil,the yield of light benzene was stable at about 1.05%.
