自制不锈钢坐浴椅在肛肠手术患者术后坐浴中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨自制不锈钢坐浴椅在肛肠术后患者坐浴中的应用及临床疗效。方法选取2015年10月至2016年12月在我院行肛肠手术并需要术后坐浴的患者384例,坐浴治疗前征求患者家属意愿,分为采用传统坐浴方式护理的对照组(n=190),以及采用自制式不锈钢坐浴椅坐浴护理的试验组(n=194)。通过7~10 d坐浴后,观察比较两组患者坐浴依从性及疗效情况、不良事件发生率及患者对坐浴满意度。结果试验组患者的坐浴依从性、治疗效果、对坐浴满意度均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),试验组患者发生会阴部伤口裂开、体位性低血压、跌倒摔伤等不良事件概率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论自制不锈钢坐浴椅成本低廉、安全可靠、使用方便,应用于肛肠手术患者术后坐浴,能提升患者坐浴的依从性,保障坐浴的时间,逐步减轻患者疼痛,缩短住院时间,显著提高治疗的效果,同时也能减少患者因为坐浴治疗造成切口裂开、体位性低血压、跌倒等不良事件的发生,起到有效保障患者康复的重要作用,值得在临床护理中推广应用。Objective To investigate the application and clinical efficacy of self-made stainless steel sitz bathing chair in patients after received anorectal operation. Methods To select 384 patients who underwent anorectal surgery and required postoperative sitz bathing in our hospital from October2015 to December 2016. They sought the family members＇ wishes before bath therapy and were divided into control group that were treated with traditional sitz bathing（ n = 190）,and experimental group（ n = 194） using a self-made stainless steel sitz bathing chair. After 7-10 days of sitz bath,the compliance and efficacy of the sitz bath,the incidence of adverse events and the patient＇s satisfaction with the sitz bath were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The compliance,efficacy of sitz bath,satisfaction with sitz bath of experimental group were higher than that of control group（ P〈0. 05）,the adverse events rate of perineum wound dehiscence,postural hypotension,tumbling and bruising events were significantly lower than that of control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The self-made stainless steel sitz bathing chair was low cost,safe,reliable and easy to use which was used in postoperative sitz baths in patients undergone anorectal surgery. It can improve patient＇s compliance in sitz bathing,ensure sitz bathing time,gradually reduce patient＇s pain,shorten hospital stay,and significantly improve the effect of the treatment,as well as reduce the occurrence of adverse events such as wound dehiscence,postural hypotension,and falling down due to sitz bathing treatment,which can play an important role in effectively protecting the patient＇s recovery,which was worthy of clinical nursing promotion and application.
