注射用硝普纳治疗高血压伴急性左心衰的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察注射用硝普纳(SNP)治疗高血压伴急性左心衰的临床疗效。方法选取我院自2013年1月-2016年12月收治的高血压伴急性左心衰的患者106例随机分为观察组(硝普纳治疗组)和对照组(常规治疗组)各53例,比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组显效27例,有效19例,无效7例,总有效率为86.7%;对照组显效16例,有效21例,无效16例,总有效率为69.8%。两组比较差异显著(P<0.01)。结论注射用硝普纳治疗高血压伴急性左心衰效果理想,值得临床推广使用。Objective To observe the injection with sodium nitroprusside treatment of hypertension with acute left heart failure therapy. Methods In our hospital from January 2006 December 2009 were treated hypertensive patients with acute left heart failure of 106 cases were randomly divided into two groups（ sodium nitroprusside treatment group） and control group（ conventional treatment group） the 53 cases,treatment groups were compared. Results 27 cases were excellent,effective in 19 cases,7 cases,total effective rate was 86. 7%; control group,16 cases markedly effective in 21 cases,16 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 69. 8%. Significant difference between the two groups（ P 〈 0. 01）. Conclusion The injection treatment of hypertension with sodium nitroprusside with acute left heart failure results are satisfactory,is worthy of clinical use.
