专科护理小组联合PDCA循环在手术室管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨专科护理小组联合PDCA循环在手术室管理中的应用。方法选取2017年2—11月90例在我院接受手术治疗的患者为研究对象,2017年2—6月的45例手术治疗的患者为对照组,实行常规护理,2017年7—11月的45例手术治疗的患者为观察组,实行专科护理小组联合PDCA循环,比较两组患者的手术室护理满意度、手术环节时间、手术间管理合格、交接班规范、不良事件主动上报情况。结果观察组手术期间护理质量明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组手术间管理合格、交接班规范、不良事件主动上报情况均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组病房等待时间、手术室等待时间、送患者交接时间均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论专科护理小组联合PDCA循环能有效提高手术室护理质量和医护人员的积极性,增强患者的护理满意度,减少等待时间。Objective To explore the application of specialist nursing group combined with PDCA cycle in operation room management. Methods To select a total of 90 patients who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from Fehruary 2017 to November 2017 as the study object, among which 45 pa- tients who received surgical treatment from Febauary 2017 to June 2017 were selected as the control group to receive routine nursing. A total of 45 patients who undecwent surgical treatment in our hospital from July 2017 to November 2017 were selected as the ohservation group and they were treated with special- ist nursing group combined with PDCA cycle. The satisfaction of the operating room nursing, the time of the operation, the qualified management of the op- eration room, the specification of the shift schedule, and the active reporting of adverse events in the two groups were compared. Results The quality of nursing in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group during the operation period （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The qualified management of operation room, the specification of the shift schedule, and active report of adverse events in the ohservation group were higher than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. The waiting time in the ward, waiting time at the operating room, and patient handover time of the observation group were lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The combination of the specialist nursing group and the PDCA cycle can effectively improve the nursing quality in the operating room and the enthusiasm of the medical staff. In addition, it can enhance the patient＇s sat- isfaction with the nursing and reduce the waiting time.
