摘　　要：在传统网络管理体系中,各网管单元自成一体,呈现出分级化和专业化的封闭架构。随着网络形态和管理目标的变化,一体化、智能化、可视化、敏捷化的智能网管体系逐步成为行业共识。论文简要分析了传统网管系统存在的问题,结合行业发展趋势和业务需求,对电信智能网管体系的特征和架构进行了深入分析,并结合警务信息化应用场景和业务需求,对未来公安信息网运维框架构建做出展望。In the traditional network management system, each network management unit has its own type, showing a hierarchical and professional closed architecture. With the change of network form and management goal, the integrated, intelligent, visual and agile intelligent network management system has gradually become the industry consensus. The paper briefly analyzes the problems existing in traditional network management system, and combined with the industry development trend and business requirements, the characteristics and architecture of telecom intelligent network management system are analyzed in depth, and combined with the application scenario and business requirements of police informationization, the framework construction of public security information network operation and maintenance in the future is prospected.
