摘 要:松土器作为悬挂安装在推土机机械尾部的一种工作装置,被广泛使用在各种工况,发挥着重要的作用。对推土机松土机构进行分析和结构改进,并采用三维运动仿真方法对改进后的松土器进行运动学分析和有限元分析,以满足不同工况下的使用要求。分析结果表明:改进的松土器结构受力合理,在松土齿的升降控制方面更加方便,很好地扩大了其有效工作范围和灵活性。As a working device that is suspended installed on the tail of a bulldozer, the ripper is widely applied and plays important roles in varieties of operating conditions. In this paper, the bulldozer ripper was carried analyzed on its mechanism and the structure was improved. In addition, the improved ripper has been performed dynamic analysis and FEA based on 3D kinematics simulation method, in order to meet different application requirement. The analysis result indicates that the stress of the improved ripper is reasonable , and the lifting control of the loose teeth becomes more convenient. The improved design has expanded the effective operating area and flexibility of the ripper.
