摘 要:建立了包括车下设备在内的动车组车体有限单元模型,用有限单元法计算了整备车体模态,计算了车下设备吊悬刚度为静刚度、动刚度及全部刚性吊悬时的车体模态,计算分析了车下设备采用弹性吊悬时吊悬刚度改变对车体前3阶模态频率的影响.研究结果表明,采用静刚度计算得到的车体模态频率最大,动刚度时车体模态频率最低,全部刚性吊悬时车体模态频率小于静刚度大于动刚度;总体来看,随着吊悬刚度增加,车体前3阶模态随着之率增加,但在静刚度值车体模态频率出现峰值.A finite element model of the EMU carbody with equipments mounted under the carbody is set up,and the modals with equipments mounted using the static stiffness,dynamic stiffness and rigid mounting are calculated by finite element method. The change rules of the first three mode frequencies with along the mounted stiffness of equipments are analyzed. The results show that the modal frequency of the carbody is maximal using the static mounted stiffness,minimal using the dynamic mounted stiffness and middle using the rigid mounting. In general,the first three mode frequencies are increased along the mounted stiffness of the equipments,but the first three mode frequencies have peaks at the static stiffness,respectively.
