摘　　要：本文设计了一款可实现远程幅频特性测试的装置.以AD9854型DDS器件输出具有自动扫描功能的信号源,采用OPA847、AD8367组成带宽为1M^40MHz且在0~40dB内连续可调的放大器.并利用一根长1.5米的双绞线,将放大器的输出信号与该幅频特性测试仪相连接,完成了软硬件的设计,达到了远程幅频特性测试的目的.In this paper,a device is designed to measure the remote amplitude and frequency character-istics.Specifically,first the DDS device of AD9854 type is used to output the signal source with the function of automatic scanning.Second,OP A847and AD8367are used to make up an amplifier with a bandwidth of 1M-40MHz and a continuously adjustable frequency within 0~40dB.Third,a 1.5 meter long twisted-pair wire is used to connect the output signal of the amplifier with the amplitude-frequency characteristic tester.The design of software and hardware is completed,and the purpose of remote amplitude-frequency characteristic testing is achieved.
