提升泛北部湾经济合作的智力支持

摘　　要：泛北部湾经济合作已经迈向务实合作的阶段,同时也需要与之相匹配的智力支持。未来大致可以从5个方面提升泛北部湾经济合作的智力支持水平,包括:继续发挥泛北部湾经济合作联合专家组的中枢智力支撑作用;拓宽泛北部湾经济合作论坛和泛北部湾智库峰会平台建设;加强泛北部湾国家和地区教育交流与合作;加大对包括泛北部湾区域在内的区域、国别研究人才及一线管理人才的培养力度;重视泛北部湾区域基础性研究。The Pan-Beibu Gulf Economic Cooperation has reached a stage of pragmatic cooperation,and it needs intellectual support to match it. In the future,we can improve the level of intellectual support of the Pan-Beibu Gulf Economic Cooperation from five aspects as follows：to continue the role of the Pan-Beibu Gulf Economic Cooperation Joint Expert Group as an intellectual support pivot;to expand the building of Pan-Beibu Gulf Economic Cooperation Forum and Pan-Beibu Gulf Think Tank Summit;to strengthen education exchanges and cooperation among the Pan-Beibu Gulf countries and areas;to strengthen the training of area study（including the Pan-Beibu Gulf area）and national study talents and first-line management talents;to attach importance to basic research on the Pan-Beibu Gulf area.
