摘　　要：目的通过对一起幼儿园BV型流感爆发疫情的调查分析,为防控校园流感提供依据。方法建立病例定义并搜索病例,填写个案调查表,用描述流行病学方法分析资料,咽拭子标本采用荧光定量RT-PCR法进行核酸检测。结果共搜索到病例23例(其中住院病例6例),男女不同性别发病率的差异无统计学意义。采集的12份咽拭子标本核酸检测6份阳性,均为BV亚型。病例平均潜伏期3天,住院病例与非住院病例在治疗天数和"食欲减退"这一临床表现上的差异有统计学意义。结论这是一起BV型流感病毒引起的流感爆发流行,出现病例后未及时采取有效措施是导致疫情扩散的主要原因,及时、规范治疗是降低流感重症和死亡病例的重要措施。Objective To supply evidence with prevention and control of flu in schools through investigation and analysis of the epidemic outbreak of influenza B in a kindergarten. Methods Cases were defined,investigated and maintained in the investigation records. Throat swab was used to obtain the specimens that were subjected to detection of the nucleic acids with fluorescence quantitative RT-PCR. Then the results were analyzed using descriptive epidemiology. Results A total of 23 cases were found,in whom 6 were identified in hospital. The morbidity was not different in males and female. Twelve specimens were collected and tested for the nucleic acid. Six were found positive and were sub-BV-type. The average incubation was 3 days for all cases. The difference was significant in clinical picture of＂loss of appetite＂and duration of treatment between inpatients and non-hospitalized ones. Conclusion It is a typical flu outbreak from type B influenza virus in the kindergarten. Disease spread is associated with failure of timely control measures. Important measures to prevent critical cases and death should be timely and regular therapy..
