摘  要:目的掌握贵池区血吸虫病疫情变化规律,为预期实现"十三五"规划提供防治参考。方法收集贵池区2008~2016年(达疫情控制)以来血吸虫病防治年报等资料,建立螺、病情数据库,分析不同年份各项指标变化情况。结果与2008年相比,2016年全区有螺面积下降19.2%,青通河、清溪河、升金湖和十八索等主要流域有螺面积分别下降53.4%、100%、56.1%和100%,活螺密度下降58.4%,有螺村数增长8.6%;2011年阳性螺密度、面积与环境数较2008年分别下降70.3%、55%和25%,2011年后未再发现阳性螺。2008年以来,居民血吸虫平均感染率逐年下降,至2015年血吸虫病人数下降为0;2010年本地报告急性血吸虫病例较2008年下降50%,2011年后无本地感染急性血吸虫病例报告;家畜(牛)感染率2010年较2008年下降15.5%,2011年后未发现本地感染病牛报告。全区14个镇街88个疫情控制村先后达传播控制标准,2016年22个传播控制村达传播阻断标准。结论贵池区血吸虫病疫情降至历史最低水平。但需持续加强螺情监测,并选择适宜的灭螺方法,加强渔船民等重点人群防控,进一步巩固传染源控制成果。Objective To understand the prevalence patterns of schistosomiasis in Guichi district of Chizhou city for evidence to plan prevention and control measures for the " 13 th Five-Year Plan". Methods The data were collected from the annual reports on schistosomiasis prevalence in Guichi district from 2008 to 2016. Descriptive indicators were included to assess the changing pattern of schistosomiasis risks in each year. Results Generally,the snail areas in Guichi district were decreased by 19. 2% in 2016 compared to 2008,particularly the decrease was by 53.4%,100%,56. 1% and 100% in the major prevalent areas including Qingtong River,Qingxi River,Shengjin Lake and Shibasuo Provincial Nature Reservation area,respectively. The density of living snails was declined by 58. 4% in2016,yet the number of villages with snail area were increased by 8. 6%. The infected snail density was decreased by 70. 3% in 2011,and areas with infected snails were decreased by 55% and 25%. No infected snails were found since 2011. After 2008,the average infection rate of schistosomiasis in local population was tended to decrease year by year,and infection rate was zero in 2015. The number of acute schistosomiasis cases was decreased by 50% in2010 compared to 2008,and no local acute cases were reported after 2011. In addition,infection rate of livestock( cattle) was declined by15. 5% from 2008 to 2010,and no infected livestock were reported since 2011. Overall,88 epidemic control villages in 14 township administrations reached criteria of transmission control by 2016,and 22 control villages arrived at criteria of transmission interruption. Conclusion The prevalence of schistosomiasis in Guichi district remains at the lowest level in history. However,more actions are needed to fight against schistosomiasis,including continuously strengthening the monitoring over the snails,appropriate measures for snail control,enhanced prevention and control strategies in the key population( e. g.,fishermen) in order to consolidate the previous effor
