白芍总苷联合左西替利嗪治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效观察

摘　　要：目的研究白芍总苷胶囊联合左西替利嗪片治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效。方法 90例慢性荨麻疹患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,各45例。对照组单纯给予左西替利嗪片进行治疗,治疗组给予左西替利嗪片联合白芍总苷胶囊进行治疗,比较两组治疗效果、不良反应发生情况及复发情况。结果治疗后,治疗组显效25例,良效14例,微效5例,无效1例,总有效率为86.7%;对照组显效16例,良效15例,微效9例,无效5例,总有效率为68.9%;治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用白芍总苷胶囊联左西替利嗪片对慢性荨麻疹患者进行治疗,临床效果明显优于单纯采用左西替利嗪片的疗效,值得推广。Objective To study the clinical efficacy of total glucosides of paeony combined with levocetirizine in the treatment of chronic urticaria. Methods A total of 90 chronic urticaria patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with levocetirizine tablets, and the treatment group was treated with total glucosides of paeony combined with levocetirizine. Comparison were made on clinical efficacy, adverse reactions and relapse. Results After treatment, the treatment group had 25 excellent cases, 14 effective cases, 5 slightly effective cases, and 1 ineffective case, with total effective rate as 84.4%, while the control group had 16 excellent cases, 15 effective cases, and 9 slightly effective cases, and 5 ineffective cases, with total effective rate as 68.9%. The treatment group had obviously higher total effective rate than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Both groups had no statistically significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions（P〈0.05）. The treatment group had lower recurrence rate than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Combination of total glucosides of paeony and levocetirizine shows more obviously clinical effect than levocetirizine only in treating chronic urticaria, and it is worthy of promotion.
