摘 要:飞控组件综合测试系统接收某型号飞控组件发出的LVDS遥测信号,LVDS遥测采集卡负责接收、显示、存储LVDS遥测数据。设计要求每6 ms来一次中断,完成一帧数据的上传。而Windows最小时间粒度大约10 ms,接收到的LVDS遥测数据常出现丢帧、乱码等现象,因此设计了基于Win7+RTX2012的LVDS遥测采集卡的PXI总线的驱动程序开发。简述LVDS遥测采集卡的性能要求和RTX实时子系统,详述RTX驱动程序开发的主要流程,重要功能函数的实现方法,并通过共享内存和信号量完成Win32与RTSS之间的通信。通过实验验证,LVDS遥测采集卡的RTX驱动程序稳定,可靠,能实时接收遥测数据。The flight control component integrated test system receives the LVDS telemetry signal from a certain flight control component,and the LVDS telemetry acquisition card is responsible for receiving,displaying and storing the LVDS telemetry data. The design requires that interruption must be produced every 6ms to complete the upload of a frame of data. While the minimum time granularity of Windows is about 10ms,the LVDS telemetry data received is often lost in frames and scrambled code,so the driver development of the PXI bus based on the LVDS telemetry collecting card based on Win7 + RTX2012 is designed. Describe the performance requirements of the LVDS telemetry acquisition card and RTX realtime subsystem,introduce the main process of RTX driver development and the important method to realize the functions,and achieve the communication between RTSS process and Win32 process through the shared memory and semaphore. Through plenty of debugging and testing,the results show that the RTX driver is stable,reliable and can receive telemetry data in real time.
