摘　　要：本文设计了一种基于CPLD和MCU的多功能接口电路板,实现了上位机与稳像伺服系统、各单体的数据交换,具备读取光电转塔方位俯仰的轴角输出值、自检信息等功能,电路板具有开发成本低、通用性强、检测效率高等特点。另外,通过日本NEC公司的EMIStream仿真软件对该电路板进行了EMI仿真,并提出EMI优化策略,通过对优化后的板子重新仿真,PCB板上的信号完整性、电源完整性、电磁干扰和PCB板的EMC问题得到了改善,同时能有效降低科研成本、缩短项目研制周期。This paper designs a multi-functional interface circuit board based on CPLD and MCU,and realized data exchange between upper computer and subsystems,exporting axial angel data and self-test info. This circuit board is characterized by low cost,versatility and efficiency. Furthermore,a EMI simulation is applied in this paper by EMIStream software which is made by NEC company . And a EMI optimization strategies can effectively guarantee that the EMC performance of electronic product’s signal integrity,power integrity ,electromagnetic interference and electromagnetic compatibility. and all of them can effectively reduced R＆D costs and period.
