摘  要:针对目前地质钻孔钻进过程中钻探参数监控的必要性以及现有监控方法的局限性,研制了基于Labview的钻孔钻探参数无线监控系统,给出了系统的整体设计方案。监控系统分为钻探参数采集终端、现场无线监控中心和远程数据中心3个部分,现场数据采集部分以CC2630为主控制器,Zigbee节点分别采集钻井深度、压力等钻探数据,钻探参数通过无线的方式传输给现场监控中心和远程数据中心。数据中心采用Labview技术构建软件系统,功能一是实时显示钻探参数并处理存储,功能二是传输控制命令和专家意见给钻井现场。详细阐述了主要功能模块的电路原理图和控制器的软件实现方法,最后进行了钻井现场实地测试,实验表明系统具有便携、实用、稳定等优异的性能和良好的市场应用前景。In view of the necessity of monitoring the drilling parameters and the limitations of the existing monitoring methods,a wireless monitoring system for drilling parameters based on Labview is developed, and the overall design scheme of the system is given. The monitoring system is divided into three parts of drilling field data collection,field monitoring center and remote data center,the data acquisition part with CC2630 as the main controller,data acquisition nodes with Zigbee protocol are respectively drill drilling depth and pressure,drilling parameters through the wireless transmission mode to the monitoring center and the remote data center. The data center uses Labview technology to build the software system. The function is to display and storage drilling parameters in real time. The function two is transmission control commands and expert opinions to the drilling site. The circuit diagram of the main functional modules and the software implementation of the controller are described in detail. Finally,the field test of the drilling field is carried out. The experiment shows that the system is portable,practical,stable and the good market application prospect.
