摘  要:基于ARM嵌入式图像处理技术与CMOS图像传感器相结合的新方法,实现地下管线位置分布检测。采用四核ARM S5P4418芯片,搭载CMOS图像传感器OV7725构成地下管线检测系统,通过摄像机采集激光光斑在成像屏坐标变化的方法,来检测地下管线的位置分布以及弯曲变化。结合了matlab calibration toolbox对摄像机进行标定、矫正图像,标定误差达到0.16像素;然后对图像进行灰度转换、中值滤波、阈值分割等预处理;再利用灰度重心法得到激光光斑中心的位置信息。本方法简单可行,有效的低了工作量和检测成本。Base on the new method of ARM embedded image processing technology and CMOS image sensor is proposedto realize the detection of underground pipeline position distribution. The underground pipeline detection system use the quad-core ARM S5P4418 chip,equipped with CMOS image sensor OV7725 ,and the underground pipeline distribution and bending changes are detected by the camera,which collet the coordinates of laser light spot in the imaging screen. The detection system combine with the matlab calibration toolbox to calibrate the camera,correct the image,and calibration error of 0.16 pixels;Then,the corrected image is processed by gray level transformation,median filter,threshold segmentation;finally,the position information of the laser spot center is calculated by the grayscale method. The method is simple and effective,effectively reducing the workload and detection costs.
