摘 要:针对软土地基桩基工程中出现的挤土桩上浮问题,结合工程实例,对浙江沿海地区某石化项目中发生的预制混凝土方桩上浮现象进行了原因分析。渗透性很低的淤泥质土在打桩过程中产生的较高孔隙水压力使桩体向上挤动;打桩顺序不合理会导致群桩基础沉降不均匀。提出了预防和减小预制桩上浮的措施,如根据土质情况采取针对性的施工方法、沉桩结束后实施复打等相关措施。就本工程中出现的桩体上浮导致基础不均匀沉降问题采取了堆载预压的对策。工程实例表明,采取合适的重量进行堆载预压是解决桩上浮引起基础沉降的有效补救方案。To solve the floating problem of precast concrete piles( PCP) in soft ground piling,this paper analyzes the causes of the floating of PCPs in a petrochemical project in the coastal areas of Zhejiang Province combined with engineering practices.During the piling, muddy soil with rather low permeability produces high pore water pressure which pushes the piles upwards. Also,the unreasonable piling sequence may cause the differential settlement of multi-pile foundation. So, some measures are put forward to prevent and reduce the floating of PCPs,such as taking specific piling measures according to various geotechnical cases and redriving after the piling. In this project,preloading has been applied to solve the problem. The engineering practice indicates that preloading under an appropriate weight is an effective solution to this problem.
