摘 要:为了研究针对锂电池火灾所适用的细水雾添加剂的最佳浓度,利用自主搭建平台进行7种不同浓度的常用添加剂抑制锂电池火灾实验,对温度变化趋势、最高温度以及最大冷却速率3个指标进行研究。结果表明:随着添加剂浓度逐渐增加,对锂电池火灾的抑制效果增加,至一个峰值后降低,峰值即为最佳添加浓度。对于物理添加剂而言,抑制效果较好的是季铵盐型碳氟阳离子氟表面活性剂,最佳添加浓度为0.16%;化学添加剂中效果较好是尿素,最佳添加浓度为0.32%。In order to study the optimum concentration of additives in the water mist for the lithium battery fire,the experiments of suppressing the lithium battery fire by seven kinds of common additives with different concentrations were carried out by using the self-developed experimental platform,and three indexes including the variation trend of temperature,the maximum temperature and the maximum cooling rate were studied. The results showed that the suppression effect on the lithium battery fire increased with the increasing concentration of the additives,and then decreased after a peak value,which was the optimum addition concentration. For the physical additives,the additive with the better suppression effect was the quaternary ammonium fluorocarbon cationic fluorine surfactants,and the optimum addition concentration was 0. 16 %. For the chemical additives,the additive with the better suppression effect was the urea,and the optimum addition concentration was 0. 32 %.
