摘  要:随着我国铁路事业的快速发展,铁路线日益增多,采用大型养路机械DC-32捣固车对铁路线的捣固、起拔道大修、维修施工任务越来越多,与小液捣、捣固棒等小型养路机械相比,自动化程度高、作业质量好、效率高。但在作业中,有时会出现因操作失误或控制系统故障,导致自动对中装置失控,捣固作业时碰伤钢轨,甚至造成钢轨重伤或报废,存在行车安全隐患。文章阐述了如何为DC-32型捣固车加装一套作业横移安全保护系统,有效解决DC-32型捣固车自动对中装置在现场运用过程中碰伤钢轨问题,提高大机作业质量,确保大机运用安全。With the rapid development of railway in China,the number of railway line is increasing.On the railway line,tamping maintenance,track lifting and lining maintenance,maintenance and construction tasks are more and more by the tamping large maintenance machinery DC-32.Compared with the small hydraulic tamping wagon and the light track maintenance machinery of tamping rod,the tamping large maintenance machinery DC-32 has high degree of automation,good operation quality and high efficiency.However,sometimes there are operational errors or control system failures in operation,which may cause the automatic centering device out of control or damage the rail during the tamping operation,even may cause serious injury or scrap.There are hidden safety hazards in driving.This paper described how to install a set of transverse movement safety protection system for the DC-32 tamping wagon.It is effective to solve the problem of colliding steel rails in the process of using the automatic centering device of the DC-32 tamping wagon,which can improve the operation quality of the tamping large maintenance machinery and ensure the safety.
