中草药多糖对树突状细胞免疫调节作用研究进展

摘　　要：中草药含有多种成分,多糖是其主要活性成分之一,多糖在提高机体免疫功能、抗肿瘤、抗病毒感染等方面发挥着重要作用。树突状细胞(dendritic cells,DCs)是一种具有典型的树突状形态,主要由骨髓或血液的造血干细胞以及外周血单核细胞分化而来,是唯一能诱导初次免疫应答的抗原递呈细胞,也是将先天和适应性免疫反应联系起来,在介导机体免疫反应中必不可少功能强大的细胞。近年来,关于中草药多糖通过调节树突状细胞的功能进而影响其免疫调节作用的研究逐渐开展。论文就中草药多糖调节树突状细胞的成熟和功能、中草药多糖增强树突状细胞抗肿瘤及抗病毒免疫调节作用,以及中草药多糖对树突状细胞的作用机制等方面进行综述。Chinese herbal medicines（CHM）contain a variety of components,polysaccharide is one of its main active components.As a bioimmune regulator,polysaccharide plays an important role in improving the immune function,anti-tumor and anti-viral infection of the body.Dendritic cells（DCs）are a types of typical dendritic shaped,mainly derived from bone marrow or blood hematopoietic stem cells and peripheral blood mononuclear cells.They are the only antigenpresenting cell type which can induce the immune response for the first time,also linked to the innate and adaptive immune responses,and play an important role in mediating the body’s immune response.In recent years,some studies about CHM polysaccharides promoting the maturation and function of DCs were carried out.This review focused on CHM polysaccharides regulating the maturation and function of DCs,enhancing antitumor and antiviral functions and the mechanism of CHM polysaccharides on DCs and so on.
